We are always looking for the right notes before bottling our Whiskey

We Respect Whiskey, Its Heritage, And How It Has Been Made for Centuries, And We Embrace Innovation To Bring You The Best Whiskey Possible.

BEN MILAM SINGLE BARREL BOURBON WHISKEY

The award-winning Ben Milam Single Barrel Bourbon is hand selected and tasted by our crack whiskey team before bottling with the discerning whiskey drinker in mind. Our current offering is a gorgeous vintage whiskey distilled in Tennessee. No two casks are exactly the same, and we think there is magic in that. We hold workshops regularly, inviting whiskey fans to be a part of the selection and bottling process.

TASTE & FINISH

We look for whiskies that demonstrate an elegance and velvety richness, accompanied by a smooth finish. We particularly love a nose of brown sugar and caramel, along with gentle vanillas, baking spices, and cinnamon notes.

HOW TO DRINK IT

Delicious savored neat, on the rocks, or in a Boulevardier.

BEN MILAM SMALL BATCH RYE WHISKEY

Our 90.4 proof Rye is a beautiful amber-colored whiskey aged in new American white oak charred barrels. Made from at least 51% rye, the flavor contrasts bourbon in its spicy, dry finish. The team batches different casks together until they feel the profile is good enough to bottle – the current offering is from Indiana and is a batch of 3,4 and 6-year-old casks. The team is currently experimenting with port-finished ryes.

TASTE & FINISH

We think A pop of dill, a hint of green grass, and a spot of mint make a good rye. We also look for black pepper flavors layered with cane sugar, honey, nutmeg and oak. If it doesn’t also have and smooth finish and luxurious mouthfeel, we won’t bottle it.

HOW TO DRINK IT

Drink neat, on the rocks, or in a Manhattan or an old fashioned.

BEN MILAM BARREL PROOF BOURBON

Two to six barrels are comingled and then bottled at cask strength to offer whiskey aficionados an opportunity to proof to their own liking. After all, whiskey is dynamic, and as such the team encourages Barrel Proof fans to play with water and ice to find the perfect measurement of water for individual palates. Different measures of water or ice will influence the character of the whiskey by silencing some aromatics and allowing others to pop. Each batch is unique and can be identified by the batch number on the label.
